Hi, I’m Shamecca!

Shamecca Bryant, Founder and Principal Advisor of Bryant Consulting ​Solutions, is the vibrant force ready to support your fundraising and ​management goals. With two decades of nonprofit experience, I have ​crafted amazing development programs for grassroots, mid-size, and ​international nonprofits. A master at donor cultivation, grant-writing, event ​planning, and all things boards, my experience from front desk to CEO helps ​turn your ambitious goals into successful realities.

I have a M.A. in Sociology with a focus in Public Policy from American ​University and a B.A. in Women’s Studies from Hollins University. I’m a ​proud graduate of a leading school in women’s education. I’m well versed in ​fundraising trends and frequent AFP and Lily School of Philanthropy ​networks.

Anna-Maria Koranteng

Data Scientist. Researcher. Project Manager.

As a social scientist, Anna has a robust background in project management, research, and data analysis, She brings a wealth of experience in supporting and coordinating project teams, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and writing impactful reports and publications. Anna has a proven track record of providing high-quality technical support, developing insightful research and consulting with external partners to address their research needs. Additionally, she supports accreditation processes. Anna's academic background includes a M.S. in Gerontology from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, an M.A. in Sociology from North Carolina Central University, and dual B.A. degrees in French and Sociology from Hollins University.
